Fabric API comes bundled inside the Fabric jar on this version. The Forge jar works on NeoForge as well. On Quilt, use the Fabric jar.
The long-term modpack line, and it is still maintained: v2.2.3 landed in August 2026 to fix a server ping crash. The Forge jar covers NeoForge too, and legacy chat encryption is still on board.
