# How to install No Chat Reports

About two minutes.

1. Install Fabric, NeoForge, Forge or Quilt for your Minecraft version.
2. Download the matching jar from https://nochatreports.com/download/
3. Put it in `mods`:
   - Windows: `%appdata%\.minecraft\mods`
   - macOS: `~/Library/Application Support/minecraft/mods`
   - Linux: `~/.minecraft/mods`
4. Launch the loader profile and open chat. A status icon shows whether chat is unsigned.

Fabric and Quilt need Fabric API on current versions. Quilt uses the Fabric jar. Server install uses the server's `mods` folder.
